At long last powerful forces from California's Bioenergy Working Group (see the letter) has released its findings in a letter supporting the passage of AB 222 regarding energy from biogenic waste.
We sincerely hope the California Senate Committee on Environmental Quality will settle its differences and support passage of this important legislation.
