Labrie Environmental Group introduces the new DIGILOAD™ arm weighing system. Strategically installed sensors on lifting arms detect the actual weight of materials in the waste bin or wheeled cart while in motion as it’s loading - no waiting time! The DIGILOAD system uses a unique, patented, measurement technique, rather than the more widely-used analog-based, strain gauge technology. An oscillating wire is used to transform a ‘displacement’ into a digital electrical signal. Resolution is extremely high - 100 times greater than traditional strain gauge systems.
Gather information on weight and optional RFID; visualize it on a multi-digit display which can easily be connected to a printer or a laptop, or transferred through a memory stick. Our system can also be hooked to existing on-board fleet management computers. One can also select the onboard computer configuration transmitting the collected data to an external base. It features a 7” LCD touch screen, on which the collected weight and RFID information are shown. The total collected weight shown on the screen will help you maximize your payload.
